Debbie Phillips

Debbie started her career in Estate Agency over 30 years ago with Charles Hawkins, working mainly in Norwich but also in offices south of Norwich and more recently in Diss. Throughout that time Debbie has worked in both larger and independent companies, in buoyant and more challenging markets. She has a good knowledge and understanding of south Norfolk having lived in the area for many years, where, along with her husband, renovated a barn and then a Grade II listed property where they raised their three children. Despite one or two career breaks whilst the children were younger, Debbie always returns to the business which combines her passion for property and her enjoyment of working with people. She has a strong belief that customer service is paramount at such an important time in people’s lives and is the main core of the business.
