Many of our staff are qualified members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and every member of the Musker McIntyre family works closely together to ensure a seamless delivery of the customer service our clients have become accustomed to. In fact, our staff between them benefit from more than 200 years combined experience across a wide section of the market, both locally, regionally and nationally meaning your largest asset is in very safe hands.

As well as selling a wide range of properties across the IP and NR postcode areas, managing hundreds of rental properties and offering a first-rate financial services solution; we also take pride in supporting our local communities. For more than a decade, Musker McIntyre has been honoured to support a variety of local charities and organisations through 'The Musker McIntyre Community Fund' (via The Norfolk Foundation www.norfolkfoundation.com) which supports a variety of good causes. They know how important it is to Think Local and take pride in being part of their local community which is close to their heart.

From ongoing financial support and corporate sponsorship, to using our eye catching 'For Sale' boards to advertise local community and charity events; we are eager to prove our credentials and commitment to each of the areas that we cover.

Now in our second decade, our resolve to offering a first-class service is stronger than ever; with our marketing strategy offering an effective and proven method of securing your ideal buyer or tenant, both online and on your high street. Musker McIntyre was created in late 2006 by husband and wife team, Joanna McIntyre and Simon McIntyre with over 40 years experience between them in all aspects of the property market, gained through careers within leading national estate agencies both locally and nationally.

Bungay area guide

Sitting by the River Waveney on the Norfolk/Suffolk border you will find the historic market town of Bungay. The name means 'Lovely Island', and the town boasts some of the county's oldest properties.  A Castle, The Fisher Theatre, a weekly market, Doctors Surgery, and a varied choice of independent shops, delicatessens, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a selection of schools in the town and a large Coop supermarket on the outskirts. Musker McIntyre is a central and leading part of this community and we pride ourselves on the return business and recommendations within the town. The office is headed up by Simon McIntyre (Managing Director) who is extremely experienced and local to the area. After some time working away, he returned to the Waveney Valley a number of years ago to settle and start a family. Simon is supported by Alix Roos (Property Consultant), Dawn Bartrum (Lettings & Management Manager) and Grace Hardingham (Lettings & Management Consultant).  Dawn manages the Lettings & Management aspect of the business for Bungay, Beccles, Harleston, Halesworth, Loddon, and Norwich and is assisted by Grace Hardingham.

Helen Murphy and Sharon Turner run the Diss area Lettings & Management Operation - 01379 822570 Together they work as a formidable team who have a wide range of knowledge and experience between them providing a bespoke service to all our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
