Musker McIntyre specialises in all areas of Residential Lettings and Property Management with many years’ experience.  We pride ourselves in caring for our clients and delivering a personal and professional service to both landlords and tenants. We believe in tailoring our services to the individual needs of each landlord.


For those landlords wishing to be involved in the day to day Management of their property portfolio we offer a ‘Lettings Only’ service, although the majority of our clients prefer our ‘Full Management‘ service which is designed to meet the needs of those landlords who like to maintain their distance and let us deal directly with their property and tenants giving them peace of mind that their property is being managed correctly.
 

Our Service to You

We will carry out a free rental appraisal and advise you of your responsibilities.

We will market the property fully via the internet which is crucial to our business today. We have therefore invested in the latest technology enabling us to provide fast and efficient service.  A vast database allows us to match properties directly to potential tenants.  Today almost 97% of all tenants search through the internet, we have invested heavily in our bespoke website and all the top performing property web portals and we are constantly evolving with the times.  We currently advertise all our properties on our own website alongside Rightmove.co.uk and OnTheMarket.com

We have our own user-friendly, up to date and informative website: www.muskermcintyre.co.uk, all the websites are continually available and updated on a daily basis, presenting our properties to a global audience. We also advertise in the local papers and various other publications.
 
Prospective applicants are vetted carefully prior to viewing (which are always accompanied).
Prospective tenants are extensively referenced. (additional fee applies).
Comprehensive Schedule of Condition and Inventory of Contents of the property prepared at the commencement of each new tenancy (additional fee applies).
Lease signing takes place in one of our seven offices together with payment of the first month’s rent and Damage Deposit.
All utility companies notified by us of the new occupier.
We will set up a standing order for your rent to be paid direct to your bank account.
Damage Deposit protected in the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) at no cost to Landlord.
We check each tenant in and out of the property and with our Management service we carry out regular inspections reporting to you on dilapidation and costs.
