Re the sale of The Old Police House, Loddon, Norfolk
When our sale fell through 15 days before we were due to move to New Zealand and 6 days before Christmas, our situation seemed hopeless. We were advised that there was no way we would sell in winter and that it would be well into the spring before we could leave to begin our new life.
In spite of this advice, we asked Musker McIntyre if they could help us. They accepted our challenge with enthusiasm and had cash buyers viewing our house before Christmas.
By the middle of January we had three offers at the asking price and our buyer exchanged contracts with us two weeks later. We are now packing up to leave and will be in New Zealand before February ends.
