Platinum Trusted Service Award 2023

Here at Musker McIntyre Estate Agents, we are delighted to announce that we’ve won a sought-after Platinum Trusted Service Award 2023.
This is the second year that we have won the Platinum Award, having won the Gold Trusted Service Award for the previous years - we are delighted.

The accolade is presented to businesses that have provided 5-star excellent service over the past three years by winning a Gold Trusted Service Award. This is based on customer feedback and reviews – and we’re delighted to say we have had some fabulous ones over the years. The Platinum accolade is, in fact, the awarding body Feefo’s highest honour for customer service in business.  Feefo has presented Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 between 1st January 2022 and 31st December 2022.

A Sales, Lettings and property management company, we deal with a large variety of properties in the area and customers from all over the UK and internationally. As you will no doubt be aware, if you bought or sold a property within the past year or so, the UK property industry has been super-busy recently.

Back to the Award, though and, of course, we wouldn’t have received such a ranking were it not for our dedicated team of staff – all of whom played a part in the process and are celebrating with Simon and myself. 

We just want to take this opportunity to publicly thank the team for all their hard work. And, of course, we are delighted too that our customers have taken the time out to post a review for us. Thank you very much for your honest feedback. It is very much appreciated because, without that, we would never have picked up this Award.

A spokesman for the Awards said Platinum Award recognition was a means of recognising businesses that “go above and beyond to provide a consistently excellent service.” These are the businesses, he said, that dedicate themselves to their customers not just once, but year after year.”

Here at Muster McIntyre, we are a family-run operation – a husband and wife team who opened our business in 2006, together with Associate Directors, William Stopher and Adam Halls and of course the whole team.  From one office, we have expanded to many. We now have outlets throughout East Anglia. We always make sure that our staff know their areas well, having lived and worked locally, and are enthusiastic about the towns and villages they are promoting. In fact, it is that keenness and love for the locations that make all the difference, and we are sure it plays a significant part in our winning this Platinum Customer Service Award.
