Joanna started her career as a Residential Estate Agent back in 1991 working for an independent agent in the heart of South Kensington for 3 years. She then spent the next 15 years working in Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair for two leading Estate Agents in the area. She was a driving force in starting up Musker McIntyre Estate Agents in 2006 with her husband Simon and is committed to providing a top quality service to clients. She has a passion for property. Together they have created a leading brand in the area which employs local professional people. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, all sports and particularly long distance walking having recently completed the Camino de Santiago (500 miles) and various other long distance routes.
Simon worked in London for 20 years with various property companies and estate agents in Kensington & Chelsea before setting up his own development company prior to moving back to his home county of Norfolk where with the help of Joanna set up Musker McIntyre Estate Agents in 2006. Between them, they have the passion and drive to deliver a bespoke service to their customer base and hope to achieve high results for their clients throughout the network of offices and the help of the excellent team behind them.
Richard Clarke MNAEA
Richard started his career in estate agency in 2002 in his home town of Newbury. Having worked for a number of independent and corporate property firms in Berkshire and Hampshire, he relocated to Suffolk in 2010 and has been with Musker McIntyre since 2011, a Director of the firm since 2013 and alongside Simon and Joanna has spearheaded the growth of Musker McIntyre throughout the region. Richard's passion for all things property and his positive, results-driven attitude have earned him a solid reputation in the local area; with a particular focus on supporting local charities and organisations as well as encouraging career development amongst the team. Having gained the Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, he is also a licensed member of NAEA Propertymark.
Neil Russell MNAEA
Loddon Office Neil has been with Musker McIntyre since 2011 and manages the Loddon office along with overseeing four branches in his role as Area Manager. He is passionate about the estate agency profession and has passed the National Association of Estate Agents exams to earn the letters MNAEA. He enjoys spending time with his family and is a proud Norwich City FC season ticket holder with his two sons. Neil has lived in the Loddon area for over 17 years and is a well-known and well respected member of the local community.
Halesworth Office Ian has lived in the Waveney area all of his life and worked in the property market for over seven years. His previous employment has centred around customer facing roles in retail and customer service sectors, making him a true people person. He prides himself on being approachable and honest, whilst at the same time being hard working and proactive. Ian feels “at home” in his role and is therefore very passionate about Musker McIntyre and the property industry.
Bungay Office Having lived and went to school in Bungay Will is familiar face in this vibrant Market Town. Starting his career upon leaving Bungay High School Will worked for a local Estate Agency which led to working in various locations across the south of the country. Returning to the Waveney Valley in 2008 to start a family, Will secured an excellent reputation with a corporate agency within the Town before joining the team at Musker McIntyre in 2013 as Branch Manager. His invaluable local knowledge coupled with a honest and focused approach to providing the highest level of service has bought many new and returning clients looking for Will & the team to manage their move.
Diss Office Justin has over 30 years experience in the property market and has worked within many different market conditions, so when it comes to selling or buying there is not much he cannot advise you on. He has been with the company since 2011 and is Suffolk born and bred. Justin has lived in a village a short hop from Diss for over 20 years and therefore knows the local property market extremely well. When he does get any free time, it is spent by the side of a rugby pitch supporting his sons who play for Diss, or watching their local cricket team when the weather is sunnier

All Offices James has been working with Musker McIntyre since 2014 and runs our Financial Services department, covering all of our offices. James has worked in Financial Services for 19 years, gaining full Diploma status. James deals with all our residential and buy to let mortgage deals, as well as our insurance business. He lives in Halesworth with his wife and son and loves nothing more than making the most of the walks available on the local beaches with his dog Nelly.
Harleston Office Having gained many years’ experience in the busy South West London market, working for both Chesterton Residential and Douglas & Gordon, Jessica returned to her home county of Norfolk in 2004 to get married and raise a family. Working in Harleston and living in a rural village close by, with her children attending a local school, Jessica has a deep understanding of the South Norfolk area. As one of our most experienced staff, primarily in charge of sales progression; Jessica is well known amongst clients and agents alike for her dogged determination where it comes to chasing sales to ensure matters proceed to exchange and completion.
Harleston Office Dawn started working in the industry in 1998 and is a familiar face in the local property market, having worked exclusively in estate agency covering large parts of Norfolk and Suffolk for almost twenty years. Her experience spans both residential sales and lettings and she is therefore well placed to advise on all aspects of the market. Dawn lives locally with her partner, has two young children and returned to Musker McIntyre after a short break to head up our residential lettings department covering the IP20 area; with many happy landlords who have benefitted from her experience and commitment to ensuring the right tenants are placed to protect her landlords' investments.
Diss Office Having moved from London 30 years ago to raise a young family, Helen has worked in the Residential Lettings business for 20 years. Her experience and local connections, coupled with her empathy and strong people skills have built the highly regarded reputation of the Diss office.
Bungay Office Linda was the first to join the company in 2007, initially working on sales in our Loddon & Beccles offices, before helping to set up and run the Lettings team and is now based in our Bungay office as Lettings Manager & Associate Partner. Her professional manor and honest approach see clients return time and time again. Linda has a passion for Interior Design & Garden Design and completed a 3 year course at Easton College with distinctions at every level.

Harleston Office Adrienne has worked in estate agency for the past 23 years starting her career with a large corporate company before joining Musker McIntyre in 2010 at the Diss office. Living in Harleston she jumped at the chance of joining the team when they opened the new office in Harleston in 2013 meaning a short walk to work. Initially starting as office administrator she is now involved with all aspects of estate agency and enjoys her very varied role.

Loddon Office Kevin has been with Musker McIntyre since July 2016 and started in the industry in 2014 working for another independent agent where he began as negotiator. He progressed to Assistant Manager within 12 months, after becoming a member of the National Association of Estate Agents within just 6 months, before the agent changed to become a franchise. Kevin prides himself on being a people person having previously been a pub landlord for 7 years. He both lives and works in Loddon and so has a very informed knowledge of the area and its amenities on offer.

Beccles Office Anna-Marie joined Musker Mcintyre in April 2013 which was the start of her career in estate agency. Joining the company as a part time administration assistant whilst studying at UEA for her Chemistry degree she has progressed through Musker Mcintyre to become a senior property consultant. She lives in Beccles and has known the Waveney Valley all her life. She has the understanding and knowledge of the property market and hugely aware for the need for excellent customer service in a service industry which relies on people which she is so passionate about. Her down to earth, positive and professional nature makes her a successful and valued member of the team.

Halesworth Office Deborah has a great deal of experience working for both corporate and independent Estate Agents covering most of Suffolk for the past 20 years and still retains her enthusiasm and passion for property. Having spent most of her younger days buying property, then doing them up, selling them and moving house it seemed a natural progression to become an Estate Agent and help other people!
Bungay Office Kate started her career in estate agency in 2008 working for a corporate estate agent within the town where she established an excellent reputation for her cheerful and approachable manor. Having grown up in Bungay where she still stables her horses, she brings with her a wealth of local knowledge of our charming market town and the surrounding villages. Having taken a break from the industry to start a family Kate joined the team at Musker McIntyre as our Property Consultant in 2017 where she has quickly become the friendly face at the forefront of the office who enjoys meeting clients old and new alike.
Beccles Office Born and raised in Beccles; Jarrod holds 20 years of knowledge about the local area – having lived there his entire life. Jarrod has always been a people’s person, and has always had a passion towards property, and it was this passion that drove him to the position of Sales Negotiator aged 20 where he plans to build an illustrious career at Musker McIntyre.
Halesworth Office Andrew joined Musker Mcintyre in 2017 and has been a great asset to the company with his extensive sales background and excellent photography skills. He prides himself on providing a quality service by being informative and knowledgeable whilst at the same time friendly and personable. His positive attitude makes him a valued member of staff.
Diss Office Sharon has been in estate agency since 2006 after coming from a legal and banking background. She joined the sales team of Musker McIntyre in 2013 and moved to the busy residential lettings department where her customer service experience and vast knowledge of Diss and the local area has contributed to the continuing success of the Diss office.

Bungay Office Alan obtained the industry recognised Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management in December 2015. This, together with a strong background in property-legal administration ensures professional advice is given and a professional level of service is offered to our clients. An interest in photography allows Alan to compose marketing materials that bring out the best features of our properties which, in turn, generates a strong level of interest and a high number of successful letting transactions.
Loddon Office Katy joined Musker McIntyre in 2009 as an Administrator in the Beccles Office, having previously studied and worked within the scientific industry. Now working in the Loddon Office Katy provides administrative support to all the team members and carries out a broad range of duties relating to property management and marketing.

Harleston Office Joanne joined Musker McIntyre in 2017 after relocating to the area from Suffolk. Having purchased a property through our Harleston office, she was able to experience first-hand our professional, friendly and proven approach; and jumped at the chance to join our team when a position arose covering Saturdays in our busy Harleston office.
